The DSTF is located close to the central spin axis of the Centauri Princess
The Deep Space Telescope Facility (DSTF) is a small building located on the outer edge of the Centauri Princess, close to the front nose cone of its 12 mile-long bullet shaped body.
It is remotely located some 3 miles outside the main biosphere of the Ark and is used for interstellar navigation and astronomy. The DSTF is manned by Dermot Azura and his small team, who work under conditions of very low gravity.
